A fully managed transformation, from start to finish.

Our Full Turnkey Service is designed for clients who are busy professionals, overseas, or anyone looking for a seamless experience while we take care of every detail behind the scenes.

It all begins with an in-depth consultation where we take the time to understand how you live and what you need from your home. From there, the level of involvement is entirely up to you, most clients prefer minimal check-ins, typically a call every 4 weeks. Because of this hands-off nature, revisions are rarely required, ensuring the process remains seamless and stress-free.

Signature collaborative service:

Expert guidance, with you involved every step of the way.

For clients who enjoy being part of the process, our Collaborative level offers the support and expertise to bring your vision to life while giving you the opportunity to have greater input and involvement in the decision making process.

We’ll guide the design direction closely to maintain the cohesiveness and integrity of the overall design giving you the signature Seven & Co style, coordinate the key details, and provide support throughout the process. During our meetings we will manage the number of revisions closely.

How our signature service works.

 

  • Every project begins with a consultation to understand your space, priorities, and how you want it to feel.

  • From there, we create a tailored design plan and provide the level of support that works best for you. 

  • Accurate measurements are required before we begin, either supplied by you or arranged through a site survey.

  • For projects further afield, we offer virtual guidance, while closer clients can include in-person visits at key stages.

  • Once you’ve approved the design phase we will move onto procurement.
